Weekly Update: New cameras and more French Bulldog Designs
Last week continued to be a productive week. On top of my daily gardening routine, and drawing French Bulldogs, I did some Spring cleaning and cleared out some old photography gear.
If you have Gear Acquisition Syndrome and are looking to make new purchases, check out my first impression reviews on Sony RX10 III and Panasonic LX10. Both of these cameras have the number 10 in their product naming, but they are certainly not getting 10/10. Cameras have flaws, but they are highly capable and quite impressive in their way. I will continue to include additional reviews as I use them more. Here is a 4K video test using my Sony Rx10 III while I went out for Sunday brunch at Mueller Lake Park. With handheld shooting, the camera stabilizer seems to be working quite well. I can tell there is some weird effect with the water in this video and my pro-videographer friend, Mitch Hallmark, said incorrect shutter speed setting was probably the reason behind that.
While getting excited with my new cameras, I took a day off to visit my friend in San Antonio, I wasn't slowing down in drawing Frenchies. Here are three French Bulldog designs I put out last week, please take a look and share some encouragement, as I deeply need it, lol.
