Sometimes on the weekend, I would get lunch at Chinatown restaurant. They serve Dim Sum on Saturday and Sunday, and I found their food quality is the most consistent among other Dim Sum restaurants. Dim Sum is such an iconic Asian food; it reminded me of my days in Kuala Lumpur before I migrated to Austin. Back then, when I lived in KL, I was young and vibrant, and I stayed up to hang out with friends frequently. The Dim Sum restaurant in KL we liked opened till 4 in the morning. We would get Dim Sum around midnight and hung out for hours, even though most of us had to get up for in the morning. It was a great memory, and those good time helped get through some challenging situation here in the states.
